Neill Stemen has always enjoyed learning how machinery worked. 50 years ago he saw an opportunityto provide for his family while doing something he enjoys. Yes, that is right; he loves diagnosing and repairing appliances. At 84 years of age,he still enjoys servicing appliances and taking care of customers.  Neil believes that proper customer care is the key to success, especially in the home service industry!  After 50 years, he has no intention ofchanging that attitude.

Every time an A to Z Appliance Service technician comes to your home, we want to know the customer is completely satisfied when we leave.  As we hire new service technicians we make sure they are not only highly trained to provide professional and efficient repair, but also that understand what our business was founded on.
